Selection procedure

The annual selection procedure begins with an initial selection of applicants for the respective jobs, who are then invited to the respective aptitude tests.

After successfully completing the aptitude test phase, the final stage of the selection procedure follows: the job interview. Usually this only applies to a small group of candidates, from which the future apprentices will then be selected.
