SINOX® stainless steel tubes

Our production process for the manufacture of SINOX tubes takes the deformability performance and welding technology for non-rusting and heat resistant stainless steels and special materials into account.

The forming rolls are  designed on our own CAD units with software  especially developed by us. They are later manufactured on our NC machines.

Non-destructive eddy current testing devices

The non-destructive eddy current testing devices and other electronic control devices  are integrated into the production line and are used  during inspection. They  are also developed in-house and are subject to continuous monitoring and improvement.

Automated  manufacturing technologies

The automated  manufacturing technologies (in-house developed) and the non-destructive testing (according to official regulations and standards) ensure – together with periodic sampling - production in accordance with welding seam factor 1. (That means that the welding seam is deemed to be equal to the base material.)

Heat treatment follows in the welding line or in continuous shielding gas annealing lines that are designed and built in-house.

All the necessary measuring and testing equipment is available to carry out the respective quality-assurance measures. The testing equipment needed to carry out the technological measuring and quality controls is subject to inspection by official authorities. The non-destructive test procedures, equipment in the tube welding machines and the separate lines for non-destructive final inspection are subject to approval by the TÜV and are constantly monitored.

All means of quality assurance are based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 and are subject to continuous improvement processes.
