On September 3, 2026, Schoeller employees came together for an evening at a nearby venue for the company’s annual anniversary celebration. The evening honored 13 employees for their long-term commitment to the company: seven celebrating 40 years of service, and six marking 25 years.
The event opened with a champagne reception. Following opening remarks, CEO Alexander Mertens spoke about the dedication, loyalty, and achievements of the honorees — and received a certificate himself, as he too marked his own 25th anniversary with the company that evening.
The ceremony was followed by a festive three-course dinner that rounded out the celebration. Over good food and engaging conversation, employees reflected on the past while looking ahead to the future.
