For about a month now, our new trainees and dual students have been part of the Schoeller team. On September 1st, 2025, they officially started their professional journey – and have already settled in well.
Over the coming years, they will contribute to various departments, gain valuable hands-on experience, and grow both professionally and personally.
A total of eleven talented young people began their training or dual studies in various training and study programs—from apprenticeships in industrial and operational engineering to technical product design and IT, or studies in industrial engineering and general management.
This variety highlights the broad spectrum of opportunities available at Schoeller and reflects our commitment to developing future professionals across technical, logistical, and commercial fields.
Even before their official start, the newcomers had the chance to meet their future teammates at our traditional “Trainee Blind Date” – the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and build first connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
We’re excited to have you all on board and wish our new trainees and dual students a great start and continued success on their journey at Schoeller!
