On May 22, 2025, we welcomed the Kiwanis Club St. Vith – Eifel to our headquarters in Hellenthal. Alexander Mertens (CEO) greeted the guests in our “Old Forge”. During the visit, Schoeller presented a donation of €2,500 to support the club’s diverse social projects.
Since 1994, the Kiwanis Club St. Vith – Eifel has been committed to helping disadvantaged children and youth in the region. Their initiatives include the annual “Kids Day” for children from underprivileged families, exchange programs for students from Tyrol in Austria, and targeted support for school projects, senior homes, and hospitals.
Following a presentation of current projects by the Kiwanis representatives, Roland Mertens (CSO) and Christopher Schneider (Head of Systems Engineering) led the guests on a tour of our plant. The visit concluded with a shared dinner, fostering personal exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.
