At the beginning of the week, we had the opportunity to welcome the mayors from the southern municipalities of the Euskirchen district – Mr. Westerburg from Hellenthal, Mr. Pfennings from Schleiden, and Mr. Esser from Kall – on site at Schoeller (from left to right in orange vests).
The exchange provided us with the invaluable opportunity to showcase our commitment and progress in site development, thereby highlighting the significance of Schoeller as the largest employer in the region. The visit also allowed us to present the latest developments in our management level and provided a stage for personal introductions. In addition, challenges and opportunities regarding skilled professionals and workforce in our region were discussed.
During a tour of our facilities, we exchanged ideas about potential collaborations aimed at strengthening the local economy and contributing to the long-term preservation of jobs in the region.
